Another day, another neglected pet. 
Dogs are reliant on their people to care for them, Finn’s owners were failing him.
Finn came in as a stray. He showed many signs of neglect, the most obvious being that he was emaciated as well as his eyes looked uncomfortable and needed attention from a veterinarian. 
Some notes from his visit that day include:
*Not Well Kept, Emaciated, Underweight , Malnourished, Dehydrated
*Dry eye, purulent thick sticky ocular discharge.
*Eyes are painful
*3rd eye lid is very infected and red,
*corneas are 75% covered by pigmentary keratitis.
Finn is only 4 years old and has already been through so much that we are seeking a very compassionate, loving home where his needs will be met. The most basic need that should not have to be said is meals consisting of a good quality food and proper amounts to maintain a healthy weight. Rinsing of his eyes and applying ointment that is vet prescribed -a lifetime necessity.
Someone please rescue him so he can heal in the comfort of a home.
